Pizza Hut

Put alfredo instead of marinara on the peperoni pizza. Put no sauce on the supreme thatvwas supposed to have extra. Had raw garlic chunks for the garlic sticks. Tried to call the store they put me on hold instantly for over 20 min before I could even get a word out. Tried to recall and they just left it on speaker for another 5 minutes without saying anything.

The drive thru window was closed last night. We went inside to the lobby to get our order. The pizza was good, but the customer service from Hannah was great! She was doing an awesome job answering phones and tending to us in the lobby. :)

The past couple of years this place has been pretty terrible as far as quality & consistency, even for chain pizza places - at least in our experience. Which was probably 3 orders a year for at least 3-4 years; the personal pan is my youngest child’s favorite pizza, so even a bad order will be repeated for a kid :) The service actually hadn’t been awful - it always sounded like they had young, overwhelmed, short staffed people there to me. Anyhow, we ordered a couple of months ago and it was really, really good, correct, quick, hot - everything you’d hope for from a Pizza Hut delivery! I wasn’t sure if it was an Eddie Murphy saltine cracker fluke, so we ordered again a couple of weeks later and got the same awesome experience. Worse pizza hut ever. #1 waited 1 hour for a pizza to arrive #2 got pizza and its ice cold #3 driver has no change and expects me to tip 15 on 25 ( no change for $40) #4 manager on site Kyle is super rude and has a customer is wrong mentality, cant wait to ralk to tabitha tomorrow 👌

Place my order on line, showed up a little early so I could pick up as soon as it was done. I waited 20 mins after the time it said it would be ready before I received my food. Just to still receive cold food. I also noticed on the app at the time my food should have been ready they marked it as they gave it to me. I will never go back to this location.
