Pizza Hut

I was served pork products as an Islam family to my home after ordering beef and chicken products when thinking that maybe all the pizzas was beef we all ate pork and got sick and nobody resolved my issues and the took my money

If I could give half a star I would. Terrible service!!! Im very disappointed in the manager for how she acted when i called. I was sitting in their parking lot and ordered 3 pizzas and chicken wings and bread sticks. She said made to order but the pizzas had to of been sitting for sometime because I live 5 minutes away and it wasn't even warm when i got home. I called and talked to the manager Katie and she was very rude and said i dont know what to tell you, she made them fresh made to order and we could bring them back just for them to remake it again.

When Pizza hut does nothing to correct problems or issues with staff that are representing them. They don't deserve good people eating at there establishment. Get better personal or get rid of them. They are in the people and food business. To deliver a great product to the public.

Called to order pizza and wings for take out. Customer service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was exceptional. The pizza and wings at the Hubbard location were the best I’ve had! I ordered Buffalo wings which were made to perfection. The pepperoni lover’s pizza was fresh, hot and reminded me of the Pizza Hut pizza I had as a kid. No need to order from any other pizza shop. This is by far the best.

We tried to call and place our order but no one would answer the phone. I then placed our order online and had the OPTION to pick up the order at their curbside window but did not select this. When I arrived, I went inside to get our food and waited several minutes with no one acknowledging me. I looked behind the counter and politely asked if my order was ready. I was told that the reason no one would speak to me was because I was not to be in the building and should have read the sign on the window. I was told to leave and walk outside to the take out window for them to talk to me. After going outside and driving up to the window, I apologized to them and he told me many people make that mistake. Maybe they should lock their door then????? When I got the food home I found the pizza
