Before I get started, I just want to say. I love Pizza Hut's food. Now I visited this location twice. The night before, I arrived at the location at 8:33 pm. I stood at the counter for 2 or 3 minutes before this nice older lady came and took my order. The first thing out the shift lead or manager's mouth was. We stop taking orders at 8:40. The older lady defused the situation and told her I was standing there before hand and continued to take my order. I was unaware I needed to move money around on my accounts. So, I had to cancel my order. The next day, I ordered online and as you will know. You do have the option to pay online so I did. Then I went down to the same location. Once again I had to wring their little doorbell that they have sitting on the counter. It still took one or two mi
The new manager really cares. I love coming in and seeing her. Was there yesterday for lunch. Meant to post, forgot til I passed this morning. Absolutely loved my food. She is super friendly and food is done less than 15 minutes. Koodos to yall getting ppl that care.
I edited my review from months ago. From 1 star to 5 stars. Awesome job on changing up the staff. Got to talk to the new manager. She is such a sweet heart. Met her before in Homer. Yall truely have a gem. 🤩
I forgot to post Friday. The atmosphere was amazing. The place was busy but the workers was enjoying it. Love to see this
They are literally serving trash. Looks as if my food was picked up off the floor
