This Pizza Hut need to go ahead and FIRE the manager named MODESTY , I had to pay 50 cent for a fork! And when I asked for a receipt she entered an amount it’s no where on their computer that states plastic is a charge.
The food is always good, but not ready at the scheduled time. I get an email with a 'ready by' time of 15-20 minutes after the order is placed. When I get to the store to pick it up at the scheduled time, it's another 15-30 minute wait. There are usually several other customers waiting on orders, too.
Called after waiting an 1hr and 20 min for a large pizza and some bread sticks. Store wouldn't answer the phone and it kept getting transferred to the operator that couldn't tell me where my order was. Food showed up cold and not sealed like they normally do. 😒 Wish negative stars was a thing.
I order a medium thin crust veggie pizza for delivery. When I received it half of the pizza was bunrt. I call pizza hut in Havana to let them know. I didn't remember the young lady name but she said that's the way it should be. Very dissatisfied
Great pizza, good service. I recommend carry-out. Drivers are not always available for delivery.
