Pizza Hut

If I could rate 0 star I absolutely would. I placed an order online through the app at 607pm. ETA was 7pm at 710 I call requesting an update as it’s New Year’s Eve and I understand they’re busy. Was told that they never got my order even though I have a confirmation email and money out of my account. Was placed on hold for over 15 minutes finally drove up to the store and the manager was extremely rude and acted like it was my fault their system went down! I asked if I could simply pick up my food and they told me I would have to pay for a new order!! Unacceptable already paid for the order for delivery and even left a tip. Currently still standing in the store waiting on a resolution from the manager……

Placed an order when the Store opened got there when my food was supposed to be ready, Door was locked. my food was Supposed to be ready at 12:05 they open at 10:30. Someone finally showed up at 12:10 after I call the store waiting on hold the whole time and the African American employee in a blue Kia forte cussed me out and was trying to fight me because I chuckled when he said he was just opening the store, that may be my last time there and I order from there multiple times a week, I will not be treated like that and there was no reason for it to be opened so late

Ordered pizza for delivery on the app at 5:10 pm. App status said pizza was being prepared for almost an hour and a half. At 6:30 pm, I called the phone number for the store and got a call center instead of the store. Call center said they had to transfer me to the store to check the status of an existing order. I was on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up and trying another phone number. Another call center person answered and said they'd transfer me to the store. I waited on hold another 5 minutes and then decided to drive to the store. When I arrived, the store was crazy. The woman I talked with said my order had been ready since 5:30 pm and sitting there waiting. She said they didn't know what to do with it (it was clearly delivery, placed through Pizza Hut's app). I placed an order online through the app, and 40 minutes go by and status still shows as “preparing”. I call to see if there’s any issues, and after being handed over to a manager, I am being told their driver called off and so they have to complete their deliveries through DoorDash, and are waiting for someone to pick up and accept my order. The manager had a terrible attitude, and acted as if I was somehow responsible for their lack of preparation for tonight’s service, and is annoyed at me simply asking about the order I paid for. I then ask if my food was prepared already and they said “yes”. 6-29-25 My lady and I have been occasional patrons to this establishment. A couple weeks ago I decided to go with getting my pizzas well done and with extra sauce. The results were better than expected. We ordered tonight and I got pepperoni extra sauce well done and it tasted EXACTLY like it did in the 90s at the pizza buffet. My first bite tonight; I was sent back to a time of POGS and coming home when the street lights came on. It was nostalgia at its finest. Thank you for your hard work everybody.
