Pizza Hut

Picked up two Big New Yorkers for dinner. When I got home and opened the boxes they looked horrible, dry, burned and cold. The pies appeared to be leftover from lunch or even the night before. The absolute worst pizza I have ever had. Pizza Hut Hallettsville Tx is dead to me now. Hello Domino's!

The customer service was great. very friendly and the area was very cleàn. 0izza and wings was nice and hot. They were cooked just right and tasted delicious.

Wait was longer than expected, food was well below par. Order was forgotten about on the shelf for how long I don't know. The fries in the pic of the appetizer is literally all that was received. The girl who took order was very courteous.

We ordered 2 pizzas tonight. One was a Meat Lovers on hand-tossed and the other was a thin crust supreme. The drive thru was 5 cars deep so I walked in to pick it up. I got the supreme within 5 minutes and when they brought the second box, I took it without looking at it assuming it was the Meat Lovers. It was another supreme. Tried to call to get the problem fixed but I kept getting the answering service instead of the location. Needless to say, I'll be getting Hunt Brothers from the gas station next time. They don't know what they're doing and they're very disorganized at Pizza Hut.
