Pizza Hut

I love this location and I go here about once a month for take out, when the kids have sporting events or school functions. Most of the employees know me by name and are very friendly, my order is always ready on time, hot and they rarely forget anything! Recently I’ve had a few issues though which is why I decided to write this review. 1. I had placed an order & paid extra for pan crust & received the wrong type of crust, which wasn’t a huge deal and I get mistakes happen, but the manager offered a $10 off promo that was supposed be added to my account but it wasn’t, so I asked about it in December when I went to pick up another order. I still had the pictures of the receipt showing I paid for pan and the pizzas beside the receipt that were obviously the wrong crust but she never asked to

I mean the breadsticks were good and quick but the girl running the counter, as a gen z age person myself, she had the worst "gen z glare" quality service I've ever seen lol. No one in the restaurant and I go "yeah I'd like two things of brea-" "is that it?." I'm just tryna be nice, "have a nice day" that kind of stuff and she's talking like she's on pace for a world record speedrun but has to stop and take my order for two breadsticks lol. No idea, i liked my food, but she needs to work on her customer service though. Maybe a rough day? I was a bit perplexed, we usually don't have that around here.

The buffet was really, they also were extremely short only 3 of them, we got here at 11;25. The buffet opened up at 11, by 11:15 all the tables where filled and ppl waiting to to be settled,,the waitress was doing an awesome job job, the cook was doing a great job keeping the pizza stocked on the buffet table,, the both working hard,, kudos to both of them!! We will be back.

Walked in at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. Place is COMPLETELY empty. Waitress gave me a look and shook her head like I was a huge inconvenience...nice welcome, hi...nothing. Now maybe she was the only one working and had just finished with a bus full of customers and was just exhausted...maybe her cat just ate her award winning Egyptian goldfish...I don't know but the hospitality shown was absent. Decided to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Customer Service has got to be why this place is going down hill.

My family likes pizza hut. It's typically the go to pizza that everyone likes. You have to get the pan pizza. We used to love the pasta, but it changed a year or so ago, and now we don't even bother. This last time, we got boneless wings, and the sauce ratio was pathetic. This location is very nice, we never eat in, but I would. I know its always a price war, but pizza hut has never been the cheapest. I'll pay more for better food.
