We got 3 of the 4 flatbread pizzas they have n the 16 pieces of bonless ck wings with parm !! But there was a huge error on the website I didnt get my pizza hut rewards nor could I get into my account the website was giving me error after error so mad so I reached out to customer service n they couldnt do anything ! WONT ORDER AGAIN I should be able to get into my account n see my hut rewards n order. Disappointed!!
My pickup order was done and I waited inside for 20 minutes to pick it up and only had one customer in front of me. Food was fine but you kept $2 tip I didn't authorize. The receipt shows the right amount but my bank account reflects the $2 difference. Really miss the Pizza Hut Bistro. They had better service, honesty and food.
I don't get to splurge often on Pizza Hut, but I got the chance to order a large meat lovers. Was I surprised when I got home and saw the meat lovers was more like a meat acquaintance. Really really sad when you pay for quality to find it no longer exists. At least I don't need to worry about splurging there again.
