Pizza Hut Express

Just wanted to say that I will never purchase anything from the store again. My order was not done right and it wasn’t delivered complete, I was missing an item. The delivery driver told me to call the store. I called the store. They were very rude and told me that they cannot do anything about it.that they do not have any control over this. That’s the part I do not understand?there’s an item that it’s on their menu that they don’t have it anymore, but they sold it to me. I will never order from this place again. It’s not the first time that I’ve had problems with them. I hope this helps somebody else. hopefully their dinner does not have to be ruined by the experience.

I ordered delivery here last Thursday night through the pizza hut app. I got a notification that my order was being delivered through door dash and never got my food. I ended up going to the store I ordered from spoke with a lady who claimed to be the manger who assured me my money would be refunded and charged me again for the pizza because I still wanted my food I didn't get it originally. Now I haven't got my refund back and no one is answering me I basically spent $79 for one large pizza and a 16 piece wing. I will be back at the store tomorrow to try and get this sorted out.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We came in at 7pm on a Friday night and the wasn't a single customer in the restaurant area. There were no signs in the building telling you to wait to be seated or anything- not even an "order here" sign. So my family of 5 took a seat in the dining area. 3 tables were dirty and no one even acknowledged us for over 10 minutes. We're finally got up and left. Worst service ever.

I'm just leaving and "liked" vals comment. I was just standing at the counter for 5mins while this chick who looks like she only eats gummy worms and sausage patties for her diet took her time doing whatever on the phone. No "be just a minute" and then has me and the Other people walk over to the "carry out" "section LMBO! When you hate your job and have your fingers crossed that that's door attendant at Costco interview happens. Little things like "acknowledgement" of a person w/ a even halfway attempt like you care go a long way nowadays. It'll be a while b4 I hit this pizza hut again. And if I see her big beer butt again when I walk in if that time ever comes again, I'm leavin. That place is the worst lol
