Pizza Hut

I don't know fam. 1st time here, snowed in , working frome home and I was like I want pizza. If PH is made properly its better than other chains, but its rare to find one that can sustain good quality food, BUT, this is starting off the right way. I'll look forward to my next visit.

UPDATE: We decided to visit the restaurant itself today for the lunch buffet YUM…!! Pizza was fresh and YUMMY…!! We enjoyed it thank you again… I am writing to recognize and commend Misty Thompson, the General Manager of the Pizza Hut located in Eden, North Carolina, for going far beyond expectations during a recent community event. This past weekend, Misty played a central role in helping host a birthday party for a 5-year-old boy who is new to the area. His mother, wanting to make sure her son felt welcomed and celebrated, reached out on Facebook to invite local families to attend his birthday. I went and dined in with my family and it was so awesome. The food was right on point and the manager came out and asked us how was our service and we told her it was awesome. Our drinks never run out and the food was delicious. Will for sure go again.

I absolutely love ordering and dashing for this Pizza Hut. All customers that I DoorDash for always have their orders done correct and the manager Misty is phenomenal manager when taking an order from a customer. All employees make sure that the order is correct and always read back and make sure that they got it down to the T for customer satisfaction. Out of all the stores this has been the best one yet in NC I have been too and ordered for!

Ordered $50 worth of food only for it to arrive cold. Also the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were uncut and neither the icing nor marinara sauce was there. My mom called to get a refund only to get hung up on by the manager. Called back and said they would issue a refund but never received. Terrible customer service and food.
