I can honestly say that I had not eaten Pizza Hut in years. Was pleasantly surprised how great it was! Got the stuff crust meat lovers and cheese sticks. Staff and manager were very friendly. Highly recommend Pizza Hut in Columbus Indiana.
Very angry with Pizza Hut in Columbus Indiana. I was passing through and staying at the hotel La Quinta with my family. Got in late and decided to order the ultimate hut bundle from pizza hut. Had trouble with the internet, so decided to call it in. It arrived much quicker then we expected(9:22pm), so that was nice, but our boneless chicken wings were missing. We paid in cash and gave a good tip to the driver for their speedyness. We didnt notice the wings were missing until after the driver left. I called the driver(9:24pm) and explained the problem. She said she would call the pizza hut and see what to do. At 9:37 i called the pizza hut because i hadnt heard back from either, very annoyed. My call went straight to automation and it said they were closed for the day! Even by 9:40, thats s
Worst experience ever they burnt my pizza and bread sticks and then refused to remake my sticks. Said that they knew that they were not burnt, and that she had been on the cutting table. They basically called me a liar. Both items tasted and smelled like ash, and were dark brown. Completely inedible. I had to bring the food in to get them replaced. They did replace them but the experience was terrible. That manager should be fired. That could been handled completely differently I don't have a problem proving my claims.
I have mixed feelings about my recent delivery order. Delivery was on time, driver was nice. They did not skimp out on toppings which I really appreciate. Both pizzas ended up being ma huge bummer though because there is almost no sauce on either one. I think they knew they messed up because they even sent a side of BBQ sauce. I wish they would’ve sent tomato sauce too, because I can’t taste it at all.
Food was great. Quickly made my order. The cashier was super friendly. I will be back,
