Pizza Hut

During the brief time I lived in the area, this place was definitely my go-to for good pizza. That said, there isn’t much competition in the pizza market in this town. While visiting family recently, I placed a fairly large pickup order and gave the staff more than enough time to complete it. The store was busy, but I wasn’t in a rush and was perfectly fine waiting for a fresh order. We paid and were told it should be ready soon. My wife and I waited about 15 minutes and started noticing how the line was moving, yet we were still standing there untouched. The staff could clearly see us waiting, but we continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited longer. After about 45+ minutes, the manager on duty finally stopped staring at us and asked, “Have you been taken care of yet?” I

We ordered take out on a Sunday afternoon through the Pizza Hut app. Our food was a few minutes late being prepared so we chatted with the lady at the register. She explained that they had received a large order shortly before we ordered and the customer had not picked it up. We offered to purchase one of the pizzas and the manager was nice enough to let us have the entire order. We fed 3 families with this generous gesture. We will definitely be returning to the restaurant and supporting them in the future!

I need a member of corporate or a regional manager to reach out to me at their earliest convenience to tell them about the customer service I received from this Pizza Hut. Managers there don’t have the capability of allowing me to explain problems I had with food/another manager. Unwilling to take responsibility, in fact the General Manager REFUSED to even look at the bread they had sent me. They immediately were defensive and dismissive, and acted as though I was screaming at them through the phone about this issue.

I am a frequent Pizza Hut visitor. And I’ve visited multiple pizza huts in my life. This particular one had great hot food and the wings (for the first time ever) were crunchy and didn’t taste like they were sitting out. I’d definitely recommend eating here.

My stuffed crust pizza was so thin it was like paper. And super greasy. I get it.. pizza is greasy but the whole bottom of the box was soaked. We ended up cutting off the stuffed crust and just eating that. The original pan pizza we ordered was good. Thank god we ordered two pies. Edit: As I moved my pizza boxes around later to throw them out I discovered a fake fingernail. Not mine.. I haven't had fake nails in years. Yo pizza hut.. which one of your female customers is missing a nail?! I found it! 🤢
