Pizza Hut

Sorry, there’s a piece missing because it looks so good. I took one out before taking a picture, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen Pizza this perfect and filled the toppings. It’s so good!!!

Just ordered a NY pizza here. Even though I picked it up three minutes earlier than the ready time listed on the email, it was still nearly cold. Also my email confirmation says “spicy marinara”, yet the receipt says “sweet marinara” - the wrong sauce. And that doesn’t matter anyway because we can’t even tell there is any sauce on the pizza. The crust is like cardboard. And the pizza looks as though it’s been sitting out for two hours before I picked it up - tastes like it too. Worst pizza and worst pizza experience anywhere and ever. Pathetic.

Pizza Hut has my favorite crust, or it used to. Tonight, they gave me yesterday's pizza, and it was the least fresh pepperoni pizza I've ever had. I could not eat it. My wife ordered Pesto, which seemed to be fresh, but still was disappointing. The cheesy breadsticks were good, but not enough for me to ever go back. My only solace is that I did not tip when the machine asked. I'm going to Marco's from now on.

Ordered food with door dash and the app said 10pm and 3 different dashers stop to get the order and it wasn't ready!!! Wth I called this guys to see what was going on and the person that answered was rude and wouldn't help... very poor service on your side, I think it's just lazy workers

After my experience today, I see why the parent company of Pizza Hut, Yum! Brands is trying to ditch the company. When we arrived at the store, we sat and waited for several minutes without a single employee acknowledging us, or the two other people waiting. When someone finally came up front, they talked to one person, didn't make eye contact with either us or the other other personal waiting and left. I waited a minute or two more and just left; I am sure glad I hadn't paid for my order. The number one rule of any restaurant should be getting hot food out ASAP, and greeting customers. I will not be returning back to Pizza Hut. May the odds be ever in your favor staying in business.
