Pizza Hut

Food is definitely good can’t complain on that. Just the service, ordered this deals pizza and side, went home open the box without the side, went back to get it and was expecting for a decent chicken size but it’s not, 2 is normal size and the other 2 is like extra or the last two at the end of the bag of chicken, my expectation was too high since pizzahut is always been my fav pizza place, that was quite a drive going back and forth, and I don’t live next door. It’s my first time ordering the deals, and I’d say this 7.99 doesn’t look worth $7.99 at all. Should have order 1 whole pizza instead, so disappointing. Probably not going to order here anything sooner. Would be nice if we have another Pizzahut place in town.

Very unprofessional workers. The guy that was answering the phone and taking orders was very rude and didn’t help with anything. I ordered my order through the Pizza Hut app and it said it was supposed to be delivered at 6:20 and it was done by 6. My order was delivered cold and not fresh and when I tried to call to make a complain he was very rude. Will not order from here again or recommend to anyone. Yall are by far the worst Pizza Hut that I have been to. Do better managers.

Food is really good as always. Very disappointing that the famous Italian dressing is no longer available. They really need more staff to keep up with stacks and stacks of used dishes and cups. They are busy making more pizzas, and refilling the salad bar, and are very busy, while people leave plates on tables and by the garbage.

02/08/2026 SUPER BOWL SUNDAY At 2:00 PM I ordered a big dinner box to be picked up at 5:00 PM. I showed up a few minutes early to check in with them. I watched roughly a dozen people come in and leave with their food. At 5:20 PM I started seeing people leaving with their orders to be picked up at 5:15 PM. I told the guy behind the counter that he could cancel and refund the order. He said something about it being on a table or something. I still left. Being uncertain whether or not they were actually going to refund me I went back to the app and contacted corporate. 1-3 business days to be contacted about refunding my money after their people put a damper on my super bowl experience. Oh, well. Learn from my mistake.

Need to do a better job especially if they're closing early need to do a better job of locking the doors cuz I'm expecting customer coming in the lights are on TVs are going they're expecting to get their food and when it's closed so I can come in there you could get up and I don't want that for Pizza Hut they need to do a better job of locking the doors when they're closed
