Pizza Hut

The employees were great. While I was waiting for my order the drive thru bell kept going off for no reason, it was so funny the girls working made it even better, I always do carry out.

I ordered a pizza for pickup. I went to pick it up. There were a lot of cars ahead of me at the pickup window, so I decided to go inside. The doors were locked. The lady in there waved me to go back through the line. There were more cars ahead of me. I am so glad I was going to pay with cash, because I had to leave. The worst experience as far as a Pizza Hut order in my 65 years on this earth. Don't order from this place.

Pizza Hut: I’m always considerate when I’m trying to place an order over the phone or in person. After I tried to change my order, they hung up on me three times. So unkind and unprofessional over the phone, it's disheartening. If you don't want to work, let someone else take your job. I even told the young lady that. Always rushing. Slow down and attend to the customer. A little kindness and a warm smile don’t hurt at all. Went to store NO ORDER BEEN MADE. ITS SAD

Pizza hut is my go to pizza spot but their new app is absolutely horrible. No matter what day and time, even full speed connection it's always lagging really hard. Makes me not want to get pizza with all the hassle. I really hope they fix this because I have stop ordering almost half the time I used to and I'm a regular.

This store usually has great food, but when we ordered today it was not. The pizza was lukewarm at best and of the eight piece boneless wings we ordered, only two of them were big enough to be called a wing. The rest of them were so dinky and a couple were just crumbs. Very disappointing. When I tried to go to their “tell us how we are doing” website, it asked for a code from my receipt but there was no code on it.
