Great remodel its super clean inside. Service is awesome fun crew and I took my kiddos they had a great time Salad bar pizza pasta and breads ticks all phenomenal! Piping hot!

Pizza Hut never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. It’s clear that this location takes pride not just in their food, but in creating a positive and comfortable environment for every customer. What stood out the most was the crew — incredibly precise, dedicated, and clearly hard-working. You can tell they care about what they do. Every order was made perfectly, served hot and fresh, and handled with such professionalism. It’s rare to see a team that runs so smoothly while still being so kind and approachable. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, this Pizza Hut truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just great pizza, but great service too!

Lonnie was extremely helpful with me today! My co worker put an order in at a Nampa Pizza Hut and his staff called the store on 12th street in Nampa for me to cancel that order! Then, Lonnie insisted that he make our order for free, I told him that was not necessary a few times and Lonnie still insisted on making an order for us - free of charge!!!! Lonnie and his staff went above and beyond his call of duty in customer service for us today!!! Thank You to all staff who work at this restaurant!!!

Last 2 times we have done a carry out, its taken over an hour to get our food. The app says its ready and still had to wait an additional 30 mins each time. One time the food had been sitting for over 20 mins and no one came out to let us know. Kept asking about it to staff in the back but they would walk away. They only had 1 old lady upfront who was very overwhelmed and no one helping her. Saw at least 7 people in the back and no one helping in the front. No one was calling out orders when they were completed. Its been incredibly frustrating with the lack of communication, especially when the board says everyone's orders are done, but the obviously werent. Why mark on the boards/screen that they are completed when they werent even made yet. Both times there were multiple angry customers

I order online and either pick up or have delivery. I live 2.2 miles away from the store. Sometimes it's pretty good; sometimes it's not good at all. Tonight, my pizza was the most wrong it could be. Called manager, he I offered redelivery with correct order, or credit with the store. I chose tedelivery, because I'm starving and the pizza I had received first, had ingredients I'm allergic to. I was told 20 to 30 minutes, but it's been an hour and it's still not here. 2.2 miles away.
