Pizza Hut

This location is really bad with checking to make sure the delivery orders have all the items. Then they don't answer the phone when you call the location. They keep sending you to the call center. If you purchase from here just do carryout.

I placed an order on August 1st. My entire order was incorrect & I’ve been calling for 6 days in a row only to be told that they aren’t accepting calls each time I call. I called again today only to be told the same things. I left customer feedback via the app and received nothing but a generic automated email reply that said they’d share my feedback with the restaurant. This is the most ridiculous issue I’ve faced with a restaurant.

Calling to order the pizza was a headache. It's like the call went to call Center and they got my order wrong and never connected me to the store

My daughter who is handicap ordered on her app and then went into pick it up, they were not helpful at all. After I went in she finially told meYou have to have your email otherwise there's no way for them to look up your order . Customer service was poor and not helpful at all! The girl was chewing gum! I'm sure the health depth would love that!

Such a pain just to place an order over the phone. Talked to the first representative over the phone, they said they said system issue and need to transfer me to store, then transferred me to store and was placed on hold for about 6 and then call got dropped. I called again and a different representative pick up and had a difficult time understanding how to spell the word “Hazen” and just kept on wasting my time.
