Single waitress was unable to handle making boxes, waiting on tables, answering phone, taking payments without everyone having to wait. Management was at fault for understaffing.
The food was okay but the buffet had minimal options, the sprite had black pieces in it, and the cucumbers in the salad bar were moldy. The waitress was unable to get the drink order correct despite confirming three times. I understand that she was busy, but maybe she could have written it down. They did seem understaffed so you might have better luck coming in the afternoon.
Stopped in on our way out of town for lunch on a Monday and appreciated the teams friendliness and service! The lunch buffet was amazing!
Waitress was nice but not knowledgeable about product. Cook missed up my order. When I asked them to take it back and make it correctly, they refused. I did ask for a discount at least which came out to $8 but I feel that pizza should have been free since that was not what I order. And they refused to take it back. Dropped close to a $100 in there for that kind of service. I won’t be going back.
Absolutely wonderful people here, very kind extremely courteous, very helpful, but the best thing about this place is they make your pizzas to order the right way, strongly and highly recommend, truly outstanding Pizza, And a big thank you to Monique this is one lady that knows how to make pizzas and gets it right every single time,
