I ordered a pizza online. I arrived to pick it up and there was a drive thru window making it extra convenient, and the line moved quickly. Our food was ready and still hot when I got to the window. I asked for a few paper plates and the associate was very friendly and gave me a stack. The store looked clean, the food was yummy, the service was great. Overall a great conveinent spot to grab food. And the online deals and ordering make it even easier.
This franchise gives you exactly what you expect from the brand. Pick up is always quick and my order hasn't been wrong yet. You want the good Pizza Hut in town? This is one (I haven't been to any others in Winter Haven).
Always a great experience with the Bartow Pizza Hut. Order online and my food is always ready on time. Staff is always friendly. My kids were a little upset last night when I ordered the Holiday deal and it didn’t come in the pretty box like advertised and like it did last year when we ordered.
After having had disappointment from my favorite Pizza Huts, I was skeptical. I decided on carry out so that no driver could be blamed for an unappetizing pizza. Well I can honestly say that it was well worth my driving. The 🍕 was just as I remembered those long years ago. My last good Pizza Hut pizza was over 5 years ago. My compliments to the staff--order to pick up. I used drive-thru.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ordered from Uber eats both pizzas were soggy in some type of liquid and dough was undercooked
