Cierra was a great waitress! Very sweet and on top of everything! She deserves a raise! We really enjoyed her!

Ordered Carryout on 2/1/2026. I ordered one large sausage and pineapple pizza on hand tossed crust and one large Pepperoni Pizza on a Pan crust which was an extra $1 charge. I was given both pizzas made on hand tossed crusts. I checked to see this time because this happened the last time I placed this exact same order and didn't notice until I got home. I told the young lady, name unknown, due to no name on my receipts and no name tag on her. She looked at it and asked if I wanted it remade. I told her yes that I wanted what I paid extra for. She said it would take 15 to twenty minutes. I said ok. She just turned and walked away after that leaving the other pizza on the counter to get cold while they made the replacement for the one they made wrong. When she brought the remade pizza back u

I had an excellent experience at our local Pizza Hut! The food was delicious, fresh, and just right — but what really stood out was the outstanding service. Cierra went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. It’s clear that she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Cierra is a great asset to the Pizza Hut team — her positive attitude and professionalism make all the difference. Our local Pizza Hut buffet is excellent! Every visit is smooth, organized, and welcoming—thanks to the incredible leadership and hard work of Cierra Martin. You can tell she truly takes pride in what she does. The food is always fresh, the buffet stays full, and the entire team works together seamlessly. Excellent customer service from Mardy & Mario! My pizza didn’t turn out the way I thought it should have, Mardy went above and beyond to correct my order. I will be returning to this location. Thanks guys. P.S. I truly wish Pizza Hut would go back to it’s original formula for its pan pizza dough.
