Tried calling because the only way to use my free breadstick coupon was via phone. The local number sent me to an overseas call center. When I told them I wanted to use my free breadstick coupon I was “transferred” to my local store. After 8 minutes of waiting in hold I got disconnected. When I tried calling the local number again the same process repeated. Now I’m immediately disconnected the second I call. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Doubt I’ll ever be giving any Pizza Hut my business in the future.
Ordered pizza, cheese Sticks, and cinnamon minis, everything was good. Arrived hot and quick.
First, the pizza and pasta was fantastic. I was totally impressed with the manager running the store. I waited a few minutes for my order and watched this young lady run the entire operation by herself and she didn’t miss a beat. My order was on time and the food was perfect. The facility was clean and she was super friendly even while busting her butt. Five stars all the way from me.
Good pizza that was done quickly and easy to pick up.
NEVER once has it been ready without waiting 10+ min . Will never get another $ from us .
