Pizza Hut

I swear I wish I could give them a zero. Who ever was working tonight 12/10/2025 between 9PM and 11:30PM should not ever be able to make pizza or serve customers ever again at any restaurant. Anyone who thinks its ok to send food like this out to people should definitely be put on register or not work in a restaurant. Look at The pictures... Pictures say it all. BURNT, NO CHEESE, NO SAUCE, PEPPERONIS FEEL LIKE.... no words.

Genuinely appalled at how long it took for my order to be ready given how many other customers and deliveries that were fulfilled at the exact same time. I watched as up to 5 delivery drivers go in and out of that restaurant at least 3 times each while I was waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready at 6:30 P.M. My husband was not handed our order (2 large single topping pizzas, a pasta bowl and an order of cheese sticks) until 7:45 P.M and was not offered anything other than a sorry. We will not be back and hope that this establishment will do better for future customers.

Absolutely love Pizza Hut! The pizza is consistently delicious.Their variety of options caters to every craving, from classic pepperoni to veggie lovers. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable every time. Whether dining in or ordering delivery. Highly recommend for a satisfying and tasty pizza night!

Ciara the manager is very nice and efficient. Everytime we go this pizza hut and she is working our order is correct and ready when we arrive. Great Customer Service and food everytime which is weekly.

I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable customer service experience I had at one of your Pizza Hut locations. When I pulled into the drive-thru, the employee working the window did not acknowledge me at all. Instead, she immediately complained to her friend—whom she was actively talking to through her AirPod—about the drive-thru bell ringing when I arrived. From the moment I pulled up, her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, including visible negative facial expressions. Throughout the entire transaction, she continued her personal phone conversation instead of focusing on the customer in front of her. I attempted to ask for her name twice and was completely ignored both times. She handed me my drink without saying a single word and then handed me my pizza
