Pizza Colore

One of the best gluten free pizza’s I’ve ever had. I created a custom pizza and it was baked fairly quickly. Pesto sauce with green peppers and double sausage! Would highly recommend this place.

This is truly a hidden gem… we were in the area and decided to try the pizza. Super reasonable price and they are large Brooklyn style pizza. They have extra seating in the back of the restaurant. My fav slices were the pesto, and the vegetarian one.

Pizza Colore was a decent stop while visiting Boulder. The pizza itself was okay—though I might be a little biased since I’m from New York and used to that style. That said, the food came out fresh and very hot, which was a nice touch and showed it was made to order. The service was good, and the staff behind the counter were helpful and friendly. The seating area in the back was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to sit and enjoy a slice. I also appreciated that they had clean restrooms available for customers, which isn’t always the case with quick pizza spots. Overall, not the best pizza I’ve had, but a good experience thanks to the fresh, hot food, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable environment.

This is a must! we were a group of 4 traveling in from Texas. we started of with one slice but that quickly turned into us getting 2 large pizzas! We give this place 10/10 🍕
