Pizza Al's 2 Sabraton

The pizza here is a fantastic NY style and is sized accordingly. My family usually only orders medium-sized pies that would large for other places. They have a quaint place to eat in-house, but we prefer to order it to-go.

My dad introduced me to this pizza in 1970. Back then it was called Pizzaria Italia. Same owner today. It is still my “go to” pizza. The owner came over from Italy and trained in New York City back in the 1960’s. When my dad died in 2014, Al came to my dad’s funeral and provided us with free pizza for the reception. Great family as well as pizza.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Order was prepared very fast. Hot and great tasting.

Large pizza lives up to the description. Simple food done right. Prefer grabbing this to go but there is seating available.

Excellent pizza (I tried the regular and the white) and excellent calzones. Staff was friendly and the pizzas are relatively large. Fantastic value. I will purchase pizza from this establishment at every opportunity.
