Pizza 1 & Subs 2

Steak Tip sandwich is awesome for lunch. This is a neighborhood grind spot, and the local working guys eat lunch there often. Good bang for your buck place, and the staff, which i assume is mostly family, are very nice. I also had a chicken, bacon, ranch pizza, and it was terrific. I recommend it for a quick lunch bite or take out some type action. I'll be back to try more on the menu.

Every time I come to the Cape, we order from here at least once or twice. Some of the nicest people, And the food is good and well priced.

The food was pretty good, and the people at the cash registers were lovely. That said, the manager was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. We didn’t hear our order called, and she could not have been less pleasant. It’s too bad, otherwise was a lovely spot!

Ive Been Here Twice To Get a Turkey Sub... Uuu Get a Full Sized Sub for a Good Price... $12-$13 Bucks About... The Whole Menu Has Great Prices... A Pie for $10 Bucks... Pretty Much This Place Is Similiar to a Chicken Shack In Its Own Way...

I love this place. It's like a blast from the past. Nostalgic. Been eating here for over 20 years and everything is just the way it always was. I like to see that some of the employees have been there since I was a kid. A good group of people. Whenever I need a breath of fresh air I drive to Falmouth to go hiking and always stop here first for some "soul food" lol. Good vibes. Their steak bombs and pizza are great. They play good music too. Long live Pizza 1 Subs 2. ☺️
