Food was so flavorful and tasted fresh. They had a fun take on some traditional mexican food and a pretty solid drink menu. I got the bistec and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked. It came with a mushroom sofrito that I could drink like water if they put it in a cup. We also loved the tortillas. A gem.

We stopped here before an event in the area for dinner. We didn't realize it was walk up & order or that it was so casual. It wasn't a negative aspect, just unexpected. We sat outside on their picnic style seating, thankfully they have umbrellas which helped from being in the direct sun. I ordered the pork shoulder braised in pumpkin seed mole, served with warm tortillas & taco fixings (shredded cabbage, pickled onions, a jalapeno, cilantro and a lime wedge). It was a big portion and ended up bringing 1/2 home. It was very tasty and loved the pumpkin mole. My husband ordered the Bistec, which was a grilled steak in a creamy mushroom so frio, charred scallions and chili butter. It was also served with warm tortillas & taco fixings. He loved it. It isn’t the typical Mexican food but more like Fusion Mexican. Everything we ordered was tasty. We shared lamb, pork and fish tacos. Watermelon Salad for a starter since we weren’t very hungry. We had a choice to Bo eat burgers but so glad we tried this place. It was a weekday but very crowded. If you want indoor dining, I Recommend reservation so you don’t have to wait 30 min in outside table. Friendly and relaxed service.

This place was an absolute shock! High end smart, authentic, Mexican food at a great price. I could see this food selling for $50 a plate in Portland easy. The waitress was amazing and compliments to the chef. Im a total food snob being a chef myself and this was a breath of fresh air! Totally unexpected and appreciated!!!!

Got a whole suite of their tacos. I must say i was told they're great tacos so i came in with high expectations but i think 3 or 4 out of 5 is about right. The taco meat was tasty and well done. But the balance is way off in a surprising way. It s mostly just meat on the tacos. Very little toppings like onion, cilantro or tomato makes these tacos dry to eat. We also got to go, and we didn't get the salsas, so that was even more dry. No cheese is added either which is a real shame because the meat is well prepped so maybe we just got super unlucky. Also we waited 15 minutes for the order because it got lost in the queue and we didn't get a callout. Maybe we just got unlucky, and i hope that's the case, but that's what we experienced
