Pita Pita Mediterranean Grill

Came here for lunch today and was very pleased with my experience. I ordered a falafel bowl, which was made fresh and tasted very good. It was a good quantity of food for the experience you get, and the service was quick and very helpful. They have an option to order on a screen, if you prefer less face to face contact, and the rest of the restaurant also has a really good environment, with good song choices. I would recommend it if you’re looking for good and affordable mediterranean food.

I’m a loyal customer of Pita Pita. I started off at the palatine location near work and have enjoyed that location so much that I frequent the other locations such as Barrington or Rolling Meadows. I was excited when this location opened as it’s near my house. Boy is this a whole different experience. The food was somewhat lacking from the start. The salad was cheap, they charged for sauces, the protein was treated the same so I continued to order. Today was the last straw, the chicken bowl contained little actual chicken, cheap salad, sauce charge, half the size of last weeks order. When I tried to call they have an option for uber orders. They don’t answer and the recording says they are no longer answering calls for delivery. Terrible service, food doesn’t represent what this restau

Came here for dinner and left very satisfied. I ordered the kofta plate. It was made fresh and tasted awesome. The portion size felt right for the price. Service was fast, helpful, and friendly. Customer service stood out and made the visit smooth. The space feels comfortable. The music fit the vibe. I would recommend this spot if you want delicious, health Mediterranean food.

Great Mediterranean food, very tasty and rich in flavors. We have ordered here a couple of times already and they managed to provide a consistently high standard. Our favorite item is the falafel plate with hummus and Arabian salad but you won’t go wrong with their other choices either. We also appreciate the clean location and the friendly staff on pick-up.

Excellent food full of flavor and prepared fresh. Have placed catering orders that everyone loved. Restaurant is super clean and immaculate. Will keep coming back!
