... aka Knolls Pit Toilet.... A friend and I went up here to watch the meteor shower and other than light pollution from some of the other groups that were there it's a perfect spot to do so. You can clearly see the spiral arm of the Milky Way Galaxy. I would recommend this spot for any astronomical viewing. As for the pit toilet it was actually rather clean (newly painted and had toilet paper) for a public restroom.
I can't believe I'm giving up four star to a pit toilet. But as far as pet toilets go this one wasn't too bad. Getting a little full though.
Nice little place to drop a load specially after a good day's ride.. just saying.. sure glad it was open
I left some waste here by the light of a headlamp. Nice atmosphere.
Knolls is a large pay to play and camp Windy weekend
