This is the best mom 'n pop diner in southwest Mississippi. Walking into the door is like stepping back to the 1950s when Elvis reigned and Americana food was on the menu. When you walk in, you are greeted with authentic kindness. Your waitress will seat you and tell you about today's specials. The specials are great--can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but let me tell you...Ohhh my lorrrrrrrd... The onion rings. You HAVE to order the onion rings for your appetizer. They are the best in the world! They come to your piled like a tower on the plate with a side of homemade house dressing for dipping. Four people can share the rings and still have a couple left over. This is a huge appetizer... And so divine. Worth the drive to the country, just for these. The fried catfish is excelle

I’ve tried several of the menu items & daily specials. I’ve enjoyed them. I probably have eaten more of their chicken tenders & fried fish special than anything else. Tonight I tried their steak burger & really have to say it’s the BEST I’ve had in 20+ years. I like it simple—just ketchup with a slice of cheese. And it was fantastic!

Got the Big Gwig, again. And, as usual, 0 disappointment. It's so nice to have a place that's affordable, and you definitely won't leave hungry. Will likely have to take part of your meal to go. My son tried the Horse Shoe, for the 1st time. And, said it was amazing, and will be what he gets from now on.

Was on my way to a remote cell towers site for upgrades. Middle of nowhere. Thirsty. Stopped at this cool little place. Asked if they had cold drinks. They are a restaurant, not a convenience store. Checked their menu out. Impressive. Looked yummy. Grabbed a tea to go. They gave me a Styrofoam big cup of iced tea. Charged me a dollar. Gave me a second Styrofoam cup full of tea for free to go as a refill. They said it was really hot outside and to stay hydrated. Total southern hospitality at its best. Hope I can stop there next time I'm in the area to check out the food. Looked great. Wonderful staff, down home plain awesome.

Really great restaurant owned and operated by great people! Mrs. Teri makes THE BEST fried catfish, cheese burger, and onion rings around. Veronica and Renee work extra hard to make your visit the best! 💯/10 would recommend!
