We had a wonderful dinner at Pisco y Nazca. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable for our family. Our server Jaime was attentive, friendly, and very professional. He checked on us regularly and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His recommendations were spot on and made our experience even better. We truly enjoyed our evening and would definitely come back again!

This is a lovely restaurant and a true experience. The ambiance since entering the restaurant is refreshing, bright and beautiful. The service is pleasant and patient explaining the differen.menu options. We had made a reservation for two on new years eve. Little did we know that they had a fixed 4 courae menu priced at $100+ but were very satisfying. Worries the options would be limited due to my dietary restrictions, I was pleasantly surprised. The seafood options were great! Definitely recommend the ceviche, my favorite. The meat is NOT halal.

What a lovely surprise this place turned out to be! We were in the area to see something else and stumbled upon it. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is amazing! The staff are friendly right from the door, and we were quickly seated. Our server Eddy was next level! He was friendly, made sure to understand what we liked, gave us recommendations that were spot on, and was attentive throughout our experience. Let’s talk about the food! I don’t even know where to start. There’s something for every taste and even as we looked around all of the options that we saw looked delicious. I forget the name of my entrée, but it was the lamb shank, and it was very flavorful, had a very interesting base of rice and beans, and the sauce was really good. If you love ceviche, you have certainly h

I thought I would try out Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar restaurant because it was highly rated on Google. It does not disappoint. It has a cool vibe and atmosphere. I love the Peruvian peanuts they serve as a free appetizer while you contemplate trying not to order one of everything from the menu. I had a delicious mezcal cocktail, entitled Where There’s Smoke. Love the citrus flavor and spicy salt rim. For food choices, I started with the Causa Sampler - it’s a trio of panko shrimp with ricotta aïoli, tuna tartar with a wonton crisp, and cold chicken salad with avocado and red pepper confit, all served on top of a small dollop of whipped potato. But I especially loved the Chaufas, their Peruvian fried rice. I had the Mixto which included shrimp, chicken, beef tenderloin, and calamari. B

We came to Washington just for one day and chose this place because of the great reviews — and it turned out to be one of those rare cases where the reviews are 100% justified in real life. From the moment we walked in, everything felt right: excellent value for money, genuinely warm and polite service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress Tatiana was absolutely perfect — kind, friendly, always smiling, and never intrusive. Her recommendations for drinks and desserts were spot on and made the experience even better. We ordered a wide selection of hot seafood dishes, shrimp sandwiches, a trio of cocktails, sangria, and their dessert with dulce de leche. Everything was truly a 10/10 — flavors, presentation, balance, and quality. The atmosphere deserves a special mention as well: re
