PINYON – Coastal Mediterranean

We had such a great experience at Pinyon. From the moment we walked in (without a reservation), we were greeted by multiple staff members and immediately felt welcomed. The wait was short, and they even served us drinks while we waited which set the tone right away. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the entire team was genuinely friendly. You can tell they care about the guest experience. The cocktails were creative and well balanced, and the food was truly delicious. Every dish felt thoughtful and well executed. Great energy, great service, great food exactly what you want for a Scottsdale date night. We’ll definitely be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve already been to Pinyon four times (lunch, happy hour, and dinner twice) and it has been *consistently* excellent every single visit. The food is always fresh, hot, and seriously delicious. From the moment you walk in, the staff is amazing. You’re warmly greeted, the service is top-notch, and the team really makes you feel taken care of. Huge shoutout to Taylor, Leo, Alecia, and Fuad — outstanding across the board. Even the goodbye at the end of the meal feels thoughtful and genuine. The space itself is beautiful with very intentional, stylish décor. The patio and upstairs areas add so much charm. Every dish we’ve tried has been great, but standout starters for us are the pistachio labneh, yellowtail crudo, oysters, and beef carpaccio. The mains are all really good too

We had dinner at Pinyon on Feb 16/26, we had a reservation and were seated promptly at a lovey outdoor table. The food was phenomenal! We started with the Chilled Oishii Shrimp, Beef Carpaccio and Pistachio Lebneh, which were all phenomenal! For mains my dad & I each had the Saffron Risotto, my mum had the Lamb Shakshuka & my son had the Cacio E Pepe and again all of the dishes were too tier! However, while we absolutely loved the food, the best part was our server, Ariana M. She was an absolute delight and made us feel welcome, important and valued! We come to Arizona every Feb/March from Canada and I hope to see her there again next year! This may sounds silly to some but she let me keep her super cute heart pen & I use it often; it’s the small things that go along way. Thank you Ariana

My friend and I came here on Valentines Day with 6:30 "priority seating reservation." Located by the Scottsdale Performing Arts Center, parking in the free garage was plentiful. Upon arrival we were greeted and were told our table will be ready shortly. The place is big and offers patio, bar and main seating areas. Being a Saturday along with the Valentines Day factor, the place was packed. In addition a lot of people waiting outside. We were seating within 8 minutes of our arrival at a great table facing the open kitchen which I love to watch. There was a bit of a wait before Fuad introduced himself as our server. He did apologize, due to the crowd, and it was smooth sailing from then on. We ordered cocktails while looking over the menu. BTW they make great Cosmos and Martinis. My friend

A high-end Mediterranean restaurant with terrific food. The hummus appetizer is very well-seasoned and is accompanied by fresh pita bread. The shrimp ajillo was served hot in a cast-iron skillet, accompanied by generous amounts of garlic. The potatoes brava were nicely seasoned as well. We enjoyed the Greek salad. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
