IThe food was good, but the service was terrible. Those ladies really have a bad attitude. I expect better service next time and that they keep the food hotter.

I Walked in and they didn’t say a word. I asked for a menu and the girl just pointed at a printed menu board on the counter without a word and barely looked at me. The store was bit of a mess with things and furniture scattered haphazardly. I decided that If their attitude and atmosphere was any indication that I should walk out and did so. It didn’t help that some reviews of this place that I read was pretty negative; and What I saw was enough to validate them.

There isn't anything worse than walking into an establishment and immediately being greeted with scorn and contempt. If you aren't "one of them," don't go here. Businesses lose money by looking at customers from different cultures and races with disgust. No worries. There are plenty of other restaurants in this area who are welcoming of ALL people. I've never had a problem at Pollo Campero. I will not return, and I definitely do not recommend. Learn how to treat ALL customers equally and respectfully.

In all my honesty , the food was a strong 7/10 it smelled like they never changed the oil but the chicken and fries was pretty good , the fries were a 8/10. Service was good so was the prices, enough to come back ? Maybe. But overall decently good.
