Pinocchios Original Italian Ice Cream

A friend & I were talking about Pinocchios on Sanibel and lamenting how far it was. I happened to search on Google Maps and could not believe they had a FM location now. I may or may not have arranged our Saturday evening around getting ice cream. Tonight's employees were SOOO friendly and efficient. I split the cookie butter, cafe espresso, and sel de mer with my husband. The flavors were delicious and so smooth. The portions, prices, and service make this place top tier. You won't regret it!

All pictures are from here and are past date! Long story here. Me and my family of 5 decided to try this place out and had another family of 5 meet us there. We all are very disappointed with this place and feel the health department should stop by and check all their products. We all bought ice cream and 2 drinks. 1 pink lemonade and 1 regular. Both had expired dates in pictures. I spoke with the kinds worker and she called the owner and they refunded us $4 for our 2 expired drinks and asked to keep them. We then went to the drink cooler and found almost all the drinks have old dates. Again they are pictured. Even orange juice and tropical juice expired. She said she was going to remove them. We sat in the parking lot for a while and she walked out with the drinks saying the OWNER said

This is such a cute place, glad I finally got there! An awesome variety of wonderful flavors. Had a waffle cone with Butterfinger ice cream, 🍦so yummy! They also have a variety of desserts there that look amazing! Best thing I saw though...... they have whoopie pies from Maine, that's awesome! Nice to have a piece of home down here! Totally recommend this place! Staff very helpful!

I brought my daughter here because it's right by the house, and the 2 boys working were excellent . my daughter is highly allergic to peanuts and other nuts and they assured me they had a seperate scooper for peanut allergist and even opened a new tub of ice cream to prevent a reaction! rhey were great ! the ice cream was great !!! thank full because its always a worry taking mt daughter out to get ice cream with her allergies ! great place !

Outstanding customer service and icecream. My family and I have gone to both Pinocchio locations and they are both great. All their staff so far has always been very proffessional. Their pricing is very reasonable also.
