Customer Reviews
The bad attitude of the new girl. The last employee was SO nice welcoming and great service. She was always cleaning and smiling and pleasant this one is just glaring and frowning and miserable looking. We get froyo because it's supposed to be fun with my child, not to be treated poorly and seem like we are bothering someone.
After having Pinkberry about a week ago, the craving was back. The offspring and I was off to the nearest location. Let's jump right into this review. Pinkberry yogurt is made with real nonfat milk and yogurt with fresh fruit toppings that are hand-cut daily. Let's jump right into this review. This location is located inside the Westfield Shopping Center. Its a stand alone booth in the center of the mall. Next to the escalators, across from Macy's. Service was good, not great, but we were promptly assisted and checked out. None of the employees working seemed to be happy at work. Lol. Its Pinkberry inside the mall, but a greeting and a smile goes a long way. Things to know - ** Single swirl or side-by-swirls offered. ** 1. Variety of flavor options, which but the Original Tart & Pomeg
I won’t give less stars because I really like eating yogurt here. However, I bought two small yogurts and the pineapple and mango was too ripe. When I asked them if they could change it they didn’t want to. They only agree to take it off and didn’t give me other toppings. I think if a costumer is telling you that the fruit does not taste good you should at least offer to change the fruit. Just be more careful with the fruit you guys are selling.
I love pinkberry BUT it has been several times now that I get really bad customer service from the male employee with glasses. No eye contact and really rude. He’s always in a bad mood and when asked for utensils he basically throws them at me. If you’re not happy doing the job, maybe you shouldn’t work there.
cleaning was more important than acknowledging a customer and then getting to serve them, so we walked away after a minute of waiting for someone with their back turned to us doing more important things.
