Pink Cafe

I try to patronize the businesses in my community so I stopped by the Pink Cafe to check them out. Reviewed the menu in the lobby and decided on an item only to realize there was also a menu behind the counter (to the side) that had my item priced $3 higher. No biggie. Mentioned it to them but paid the difference and kept it moving. She said 20 minutes so I went to my car to wait. When I came back in, it still wasn't ready. I went ahead and ordered wings and fries for my son since he was all of a sudden hungry (lol) and went back out. When I came back in about 15 minutes later it still wasn't ready 😫. After a few more minutes my salmon plate came out. Ya'll...this has got to be the smallest piece of salmon ever. Yes...I mentioned that too but chose to keep what I had given the wait.The

Unassuming from the outside, so cute on the inside!! We got catfish bites meatloaf and an Italian ice. We enjoyed everything! Good portions.

The first thing I tried was the pineapple jerk chicken, which was AMAZING. I'm sure you'll find something to enjoy as well.

Food was delicious! I had the grilled wings with mac and cheese and my new favorite side FRIED BROCCOLI! Yum! My son had the steak plate with collard greens and yellow rice. Steak was so tender! I would suggest you call in your order because the wait was a little long but was so worth it!

The Restaurant is simply beautiful! The food is delicious! However, I am not able to provide positive feedback regarding the customer service. The young lady at the register did not greet me so I greeted her. This was my first time here, not once did she ask if I needed help with anything. She was too involved with her conversation on the phone. My order was taken with her hand over her face as if she doesn't feel like being bothered. She handed my food to me and said "here you go" and walked away. There's no professionalism exuded at all! Horrible customer service can cause devastating damage to your restaurants' reputation. I believe in giving someone the option to fix an issue (especially black owned businesses) so I will be back again with hopes of a different experience.
