Pink Axolotl

Super cute and delicious. I got an 16oz iced dulce de leche and my kids each got a pastry (stuffed croissants and a muffin). I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive everything was. Great atmosphere. Love that it’s locally owned. I loved it and my kids loved it. Will definitely be back.

Pink Axolotl has amazing coffee. The Mexican Mocha tastes creamy, full and packed with a perfect mix of sweetness and coffee notes. So many common coffee chains make your drinks too sugary, but here their drinks are actually balanced. Feels like such a rarity in Utah when there’s so many overly sugary soda and coffee places. The atmosphere here is so cute and fun! The chairs outside are adorable. I’ll love using them when the weather gets warmer. The lobby is a little smaller than it appears outside but it’s perfect for small groups 4 and lower. Their treats are delicious and super well priced. The quality of coffee for the price you get them here is just so much better than chain coffee brands. Try it, I guarantee you won’t have regrets!

Super cute cafe! I tried the Mucho Mango Matcha with Oat Milk and it was so good! I loved the decor too and definitely plan to come back! 💗 Only thing I’d suggest is some sort of speaker to play some music in the background 😊 it was pretty quiet but that’s not a negative 🫶🏼

I just found this place on Saturday and have since come 3 days in a row. It’s so so good. Between my husband and I we’ve tried a bunch of different drinks (including several of their matchas and lattes) already and have loved each one. Everything is the best ratio of coffee to sweet. Most other places are far too sweet or not sweet at all, but not here... it’s perfect here. It’s now both mine and my husband’s favorite coffee shop in Utah county.

Yessss to the creative drink menu!!! This coffee shop is so cute!! Today I got the Macha colada and it was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had one other hot drink too (a gift, not sure which it was) and both times I finished my drinks so fast! Super delicious, they have a cozy space set up with 3 tables and chairs outside to come with friends! Can’t wait to see the summer drink menu!!!
