WOW! GREAT PRICES and everything that you need. What a wonderful change with the new Owners (John & Beverly wonderful people). Once just bait and a few items available to purchase, to now a full fledged experience. The staff was very nice, impressive menu & very reasonably priced. The breakfast sandwich was outstanding!! We returned for an early light dinner and BRAVA!! The convenience of the location coupled with the competitive bait pricing and selection, everything you need is here! Bait, food, beer/wine, ice cream, apparel, see photos. Check it out, great location in the Pines, much needed!! OPEN YEAR AROUND HIDDEN GEM!!

Their fresh & locally sourced fish sandwich is absolutely amazing! Perfectly seasoned & prepared inside a higher quality of roll w/very fresh sliced tomatoes & great slaw served on the side - all a complete slam dunk! We've also had their cheesesteaks, scallops & a few other sandwiches which were all really good as well. The owner John alongside his entire great wait staff team always make sure we are well taken care of! Much respect & BRAVO to all here at Pines Point Provisions! Wow!

My group of friends and I just stayed in Ocean Pines for a weekend of golf and Pines Point Provisions was our go-to spot for breakfast every morning! The breakfast sandwiches were delicious, the coffee (especially the cold brew) hit just right and the views were beautiful! Our service was excellent and the people were super friendly. Even though we strolled in with our loud golf polos on, we had great conversations with the local staff and residents. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great breakfast and amazing atmosphere!

We really enjoy the food and atmosphere offered by the new owners. Perfect for breakfast, lunches, and happy hour. The fish sandwiches are fresh caught! They also offer a nice craft beer and wine selection at affordable prices. A hidden gem on the Assawoman Bay.

Always a pleasant visit! Yummy food and the staff/owners are very nice. We can't visit OC without stopping in here for a meal with a great view!
