Pineapple Joe's Grill & Raw Bar

Our group of 8 came mid afternoon on a Friday and we're seated quickly. Service was prompt and attentive though it was not super busy. Food came fairly fast. My fish sandwich was okay. French fries were mildly warm and mostly overcooked. Most in the group enjoyed their food.

I loved it, we went twice and the girl who served us was so nice that she remembered us and what I ordered when we went back a few days later. We went once for lunch and another time for dinner, it was an incredible American experience. I still think about the key lime pie every now and then. Definitely going back if I go to the US again. I’m trying to remember the server’s name, but it was something like Shana or Shawna, if you read this: you are the best!

This place on US1, has been here for over 30 years and has a neighborhood bar kind of feel to it. There’s ample parking around. When you walk inside, you will see just about everything as part of the decor: from a plane to a big world map to a fire hydrant, trophies and college sports flags. They also have two pool tables to the side. We came on a Saturday night and the place was packed. They had a band scheduled to play apparently. We ordered a shrimp & crab pasta (which came with garlic bread), chicken wings, and a combo appetizer: breaded cheese sticks, jalapeño poppers and onion strings. The pasta was really good, creamy in a white sauce. The onion strings were crispy, the jalapeño poppers were over breaded in my opinion but tasted good. We randomly stopped here and were pleasantly surprised! The chicken sandwiches were really good, and the place is a total hidden gem—you’d miss it if you weren’t looking. Jamaican jerk sandwich had great flavor and the servers were friendly! Great prices too. Definitely worth the stop!

The food here is fresh and great. Will be back again. I highly recommend this place.
