Pika - Filipino Cravings

Excellent Filipino take out & catering. I have been traveling to the Philippines for years fir work and it was wonderful to find some true Filipino food locally. The food was excellent. We had Beef tapa, Pork Adobo, and Pork Tocino (my favorite) plus a couple of Empanadas. Each dish was served with plenty of garlic rice and a fried egg. There’s also a choice of two small sides. The food is cooked fresh to order by the friendly and inviting staff. We will definitely return for more.

We drove 3 hours to try Pika Filipino Cravings, and the food did not disappoint! We ordered the Tapsilog, Tocilog, Pork Lumpia, and Empanada. Everything was delicious including the sauces that came with each dish. The macaroni salad, tomatoes and cucumber on the side were great additions, balancing the savory tapa and the sweetness of the tocino. The serving portions were generous; we were incredibly full and still had leftovers for dinner. The store itself was clean, bright, and welcoming. The long drive was absolutely worth it, and our cravings were definitely satisfied. Thanks, Pika! We’ll definitely be back for more!

So delicious!!! I can't wait to go back. The chicken adobo and the empanadas were perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The ube pie was such a special treat too. It is so hard to make that delicious ube flavor shine, but these guys did it.

I'm always skeptical when I see 5 stars. But after dinner tonight I'm a believer. Mom and pop local authentic cultural culinary delight. The pork and beef were so well marinated. The kids loved the rice. You can taste the difference when love and care prepare your food. A new go to for takeout night for us. I can't wait to go back and try the empanadas.

The lumpia was some of the best I've had. Their beef tapa and rice are perfectly cooked and seasoned. Plus, very kind and friendly couple. Cannot recommend enough. Instantly one of my new favorite places in town.
