Pies By Di

Di is a delight and her baked goods are AMAZING!!!!! I teared up looking at all of the delicious gluten free choices available (everything is gluten free!)! Good portion sizes, the donuts are so light and fluffy and the hand pies are flaky and delicious!! And the banana pudding is wonderful!! Highest recommendation possible!!!

The other reviews saying 5 stars is not enough are right on point. This place has AMAZING food, and it's all gluten free. The owner and all the staff are always so nice and helpful. I was amazed by how delicious the biscuits and gravy were. The other items I got were a breakfast sandwich, and honey lavender muffin, and a strawberry cream donut. Everything tasted so good, and had a good texture. I can't wait to go back for more

Ok first of all - I don't need to eat gluten free food. I am privileged enough that I could go here just for fun. Now that that's outta the way you need to RUN not walk to this place. The Banana pudding is seriously the best I've ever had. Ever. In my life. I want to be buried with it. I got a strawberry swim biscuit, quiche lorraine slice, and breakfast sandwich made Di's way. I didn't know gluten free biscuits could be so good. Additionally the service was top notch and she had a seating area with a TV playing "Murder she Wrote". Its cozy and delicious and parking is easy. Its a slam dunk if you're in Horseshoe and it's worth traveling to if you're not. 💕

Wow! Pies by Di is such a treat! Everything is gluten-free and SO delicious. There are also so many options to choose from! I love the pies I've tried so far. Also, the customer service is unparalleled. When one of my pies didn't turn out as expected, Di offered a replacement which was unnecessary but so kind. I can't wait to come back and try other treats!

I have zero food restrictions or allergies and I would still come here ALL the time if I lived here. I would never have known they were gluten free if it hadn't been on the sign, and I am a lifelong bread and pastry freak, amazing! Not only that, but Di is incredibly friendly and helpful and we had a great time chatting with her. My friend that was with me has celiacs and dairy intolerance and her whole self lit up when we walked in. She was so thrilled and comforted to feel like she could just walk into a bakery full of delicious treats and not feel left out. We walked out with a tower of boxes and half a dozen business cards.
