Pierogi One

Absolutely wonderful authentic Polish cuisine! Pierogi One in Pompano Beach has so much variety to choose from, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. The pierogies were perfectly made and served with crispy onions and sour cream, which made them even more delicious. You can really tell the food is prepared with care and traditional flavor. If you’re looking for authentic Polish comfort food, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a traditional Polish restaurant not just a takeout place. Don’t let the sign fool you. It says: Pierogi One, but it’s more. They have schnitzel and Polish soup and Polish sausages and sides and a whole array of pirogies both Sweet n Savory. It is run by a Polish family and the pierogies come with terrific accompaniments. We ordered the traditional cheese and potato, and it came with cooked onions and sour cream, and they are delicious. The sausage is also good. It came with mustard and ketchup. The staff is friendly. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you at your table on a real plate and spotless real silverware. It’s very clean and reasonably priced. If you like Polish food, you should definitely give it a try.

Pierogi ONe is a must-visit gem! From the moment I walked in, the cozy vibe and friendly staff set the tone for an unforgettable meal. The Pierogi with cheddar and bacon were absolute perfection—crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, with that melty cheese and smoky bacon bursting in every bite. Easily the best pierogi I’ve had outside of Poland! But the real surprise? The chicken schnitzel sandwich. Juicy, golden-crisp schnitzel piled high with fresh toppings and a tangy sauce that ties it all together. It’s hearty, flavorful, and downright addictive. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and every dish feels made with love. Whether you’re a pierogi purist or just craving something delicious, Pierogi ONe delivers. I’m already planning my next visit!

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s always a fantastic experience! The staff is friendly and engaging, which makes you feel like you’re part of the family. The seating area is cute - simple decor but it’s got a “homey meets euro-modern” vibe. But let’s get down to why we’re here: the pierogi! Hand made daily on-site and they’ve got a great selection of standards and limited-time specials. I’ve tried a few different flavors, both boiled & pan fried, and they’re ALL delicious!!!! If you’re in the area and like pierogi, make your way here - you will NOT be disappointed!!!! (Oh! I almost forgot: save room for dessert!! The dessert pierogi choices are ah-may-zing!!!)

I’ve passed this a few times and finally decided to stop in with my polish husband. He’s pretty spoiled when it comes to pierogis so we were excited to give it a try. You order at the counter and can eat there or get takeout. They also have a fridge with grab and go options that you can cook at home. I loved the pierogi options. They had meat, vegetarian and dessert pierogis. We ate there and really enjoyed the food. I had potato and cheese and he had bacon and cheese. You can pick grilled or boiled. We will definitely be back and will also try the grab and go option as well.
