Pieology is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots. From the moment you walk in, the place feels calm and well-organized. It’s usually quiet, there aren’t long wait times, and the staff is quick to take your order. What really stood out to me was how patient and friendly they were when I had questions. The Pieology concept was new to me — the different crusts, ingredients, and build-your-own options — and they took the time to explain everything without rushing me. The ingredients look fresh and high quality, and the restaurant itself is very clean. You can actually see the care that goes into how the pizzas are made. The pizza is excellent. I want to leave a review about Pieology Pizzeria. The service was very disappointing. There was a $10 combo advertised on the window. When I went inside and ordered it, I was told it included a refreshing drink and a two-ingredient pizza. However, no one asked me what kind of ingredients I wanted on the pizza. The experience felt unprofessional and take the service was awful.

On two separate occasions in a row now, you are out of something after I place an order online and you accepted my order. Your employees did call me as I was driving to pick up my order saying there’s no gluten free crust, which is extra, and if I would like a refund or use regular crust. I expressed my frustration at whoever does inventory because this is ridiculous. Every time I go there is something out of stock but yet you allow the order to go through. I opted for the regular crust but technically, you all still owe me a refund for the difference. Was told a manager would call me in the morning after, that never happened. VERY unhappy with you all. By the way, on a 3rd occasion you were out of pizza boxes… at a pizza place. So the logic was to give me my to-go order on one of your ove

Pieology never disappoints! The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, crispy crust, and perfectly cooked. I love how customizable everything is; you can build your own just the way you like it. The staff was friendly and patient while I made my choices, and the restaurant was clean with a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re craving something classic or want to get creative, Pieology is the perfect spot. Definitely coming back for more!

Ordered online and the order was not ready for over an hour and I ended up walking away without my order. Other people were asking for refunds and they were told they couldn’t because the manager was not there. They had receipts on the floor, the staff was lost, and there was no service. The girls working ignored the customers, and it wasn’t really their fault either, it’s the management who doesn’t provide support.
