Pie Tap Pizza + Rotisserie + Bar

Loved the crust which is thin crispy and slightly chewy. Server explained that the crust is made with home sourdough containing only 4 ingredients. The service was good and the ambiance is cozy.

I have been going to Pie Tap in Frisco for over 2 years and I can only say, that this restaurant is consistent in the quality of food and the friendly service. Last night we met the regional manager, Bruno. He was working in the battle field like the other servers. He showed people to their table, swept the floor, picked dishes, cleaned and set tables, delivered food and poured water, did it all as we watch while dining. When business slowed down, we called him over to thanks him for the service and express our like for the food. He said, that the success was due to the staff, which worked real hard to make your experience, as if at home with family. My special shout out to Josh (our energetic server) and Jerrod (Sp?) (head of the kitchen?), Azea (Sp?) who's now at dental school in Florida

Can’t stop raving about this place! Their sourdough crust is next-level. Crispy on the outside, chewy inside, and packed with that perfect tangy flavor you only get from real sourdough. My absolute favorite is the chicken it’s unreal. The smoky bacon, juicy chicken, and melty cheese all come together on that sourdough base like a dream. Every bite hits just right. If you’re a pizza lover looking for something a little different (and a lot better), this spot is a must try.

Veggie pie pizza was awesome with the fried broccoli and feta. Loved the garlic rosemary bread too. Great vibes, definitely coming back. So good!!

We had such a great experience at Pie Tap Pizza! The pizza was absolutely delicious—the crust was perfectly crunchy on the outside while the dough still had that fresh, flavorful bite. You can tell they take real pride in their pies because everything from the sauce to the toppings came together so well. Josh, our server, was awesome—great energy, attentive without hovering, and he went the extra mile by bringing out pizza dough for all three of my kids to play with while we waited. That made the whole experience even better (and kept the kids happy, which is a win for any parent!). On top of that, Tommy, the GM, really stood out. Even though it was a super busy night, he personally made sure we got a table and welcomed us with genuine kindness. His energy set the tone for the whole even
