Pico De Gallo

This used to be one of my favorite places, especially because of the excellent service from a Mexican girl who was always very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the experience has changed a lot with the new staff. On our last visit, we had an issue with a dish that was not edible. Instead of offering a proper solution, the server simply said, “If you want, I can pack it to go.” That made no sense at all, considering the food could not even be eaten. When I said I didn’t want it, she still tried to charge me, and only stopped when I asked to speak with a manager. To make it worse, when I requested the manager, I was told they were “too busy” to come out. Me and my husband have been here several times in the past few years. The service is great, but the meals are almost always served cold. It doesn’t matter how tasty or well-presented the dishes are; when your food isn’t served hot it kills the vibe. We have given this place several chances but it seems like things have not improved so we will not be going back. We’re not haters, we just tell the truth and expect the bare minimum when paying to dine out.

Why do we have to pay 21.00 for service?? Its what we think is right, as tips. Please be careful. Also, the 3% for credit card charges? I got it. Definitely, i will not go back.

Love it, the food is good at a good price. Fridays they have karaoke, the first few people to sing get a free tequila shot. The staff is very friendly. Definitely will go back.
