Piada Italian Street Food

I ordered Piada via Uber Eats and spend about $30-$40 for two Bowls. The food came in about 15 minutes, I instantly checked my food and found hair on the chicken and pasta. I called in to ask for a remake and was instantly met with an apology, option for a refund. I am a trucker so I made my way back for a remake. Even with a long line, I was able to get my food made in less than 3 minutes. Fresh and hot. Thank you Piada in Florence, KY for the quick and responsive service.

Love this place. Always enjoy the variety and food. Mac and cheese was bomb for my picky kiddo. Love the avocado wrap with steak and basil pesto.

As a customer, I just want to say how impressed I am with Candace and the way she runs the kitchen. You can truly tell when a place has strong leadership behind it, and that leadership shows in the quality of the food, the efficiency of service, and the overall atmosphere. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The team worked smoothly and professionally, and it felt organized and welcoming — which speaks volumes about the person supervising it all. Candace clearly takes pride in her work and in maintaining high standards. It’s refreshing to see someone who cares about both the food and the customer experience. The food here isn't mind blowing, but it never claimed to be. It is quite good and a fine alternative to fast food. The people here are exceptionally kind. My kid decided to be difficult about the food she ordered and they helped me out no questions asked. Fred Rogers would be proud. The restaurant was very clean and I saw the staff patrol the dining area multiple times during our roughly 30 minute stay to clean tables and make sure things like napkins and utensils were stocked and orderly.

Stopped by Piada for lunch and was honestly impressed. The food was fresh and flavorful. I ordered a pasta bowl with grilled chicken and the portions were generous without feeling heavy. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and well organized. Definitely coming back.
