Piacere Mio Uptown

I have eaten all over Italy and have to start by saying this was one of the best Italian meals I have had in the U.S. I've lived in Uptown for 15 years. We have needed a restaurant like this to open for years. The quality of the ingredients are evident in the flavors of their thoughtfully curated dishes, not in the price. The wine list has all the best picks to pair with their specials. Half price bottle Mondays are the perfect way to start the week. Alfredo and Antonio are incredibly attentive and charismatic. They take pride in delivering an authentic and enjoyable experience. You feel it with every visit to the table. I had the zucchini flowers, beetroot salad, short ribs and mascarpone cream chocolate shell dessert. Every bite was amazing. I can't wait to go back to try other menu ite

We came to Piacere Mio for our Valentine’s Day dinner after seeing comments about how well they handled celiac and gluten-free food. I have nothing but praise for our experience. Food-wise, everything was delicious. The grilled octopus was the perfect starter followed by some delicious pasta. For dessert, I went with a tiramisu, which was splendid. Our waiter was great. He was super knowledgeable about the kitchen precautions and made us feel very safe about potential cross-contact. As to the vibe, it’s a very cute restaurant. The smaller interior makes it feel intimate without losing the charm of a nice Italian restaurant. Overall, we had a fantastic time. If you have the opportunity to come to Piacere Mio, you should take it.

Fantastic meal at Piacere Mio! The food was excellent, especially the cacio e pepe and fettuccini nero with seafood. Great service and staff recommendations too. Highly recommend for a date night or larger gatherings!

Incredible experience!! Probably the best Italian restaurant in the city. The food is amazing, the service is impeccable. And don't forget to try the desserts with the pistachio liqueur shot – unbeatable! 🤗🤗 We can't wait to go back!

We are so excited and happy that Piacere Mio is open in Uptown. The food is great, well priced and the atmosphere is welcoming. We will continue coming to this place to try new items on the menu and we can't wait to see what they do with the garden area in the summer!
