Pi Squared Pizza

Being from the Detroit area, I always love trying out a new Detroit style pizza place! Loved the ambience here and the Detroit style pizza was delicious!!! We ordered our DSP with sauce from edge to edge. They typically do two racing stripes. Really enjoyed it! Nice seating area inside and easy parking. Unfortunately the custard machine was broken when we went. It is counter serve, so order at the counter and take a seat and they bring the food to you.

An absolute must for anyone in the area. Detroit style pizza is where it's at! I wish they would open one in Charlotte NC.

I'd give this place 6 stars or more if I could. The food is fantastic. My son ordered a sub and devoured it, saying it was the best he's had. My daughter and I ordered pizza. She got a round Margherita and said it was fantastic. I got the Detroit square. It was perfectly done. I've had Detroit style at many places, and it was cooked perfectly. For dessert, we had the custard! You have to try it! Super flavorful and worth it.

I used to enjoy this place but it has dropped a lot in quality and increased in price. ~$23 for this “large” pizza with very little pepperoni and sauce. Service is good though. I’ll stick to my other local pizza spots.

I ordered Pi Squared through Uber Eats, and I couldn’t recommend any stronger AGAINST doing that. First off, Uber Eats upcharged me at least $10 per pizza - WILD. And we were about a 15-20 min drive away from Pi Squared, so the pizza wasn’t super fresh. The pizza tasted good, but if you’re getting it, do yourself the favor and eat it there.
