We as a family love Pho. We always try and find new pho spots. We were driving up to glenwood and decided to stop at Pho Bay. We all ordered pho. Service was quick. Immediately after getting our food we noticed the soup was real greasy. The pho wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t anything special. I love a nice clean bowl of pho. Not a greasy soup. The prices are on the higher side for low quality pho

Food is super delicious. My kids loved the Pho, and so did I. But the Star is the rice plates. Highly suggest ordering an extra egg sunny side up. Soooooo good. One minor suggestion. Cook the eggs such that the yolk is way more runny. Service isn’t 5 stars cos they are slammed. Honestly. Don’t think they can do anything better to keep up with the crazy crowds.

Got the XLarge Rare Steak Pho and Salt and Pepper Tofu. Also got liquid diarrhea within 10 minutes. Thank god the hotel was 6 min away. This was the first and only thing I had eaten all day after skiing Beaver Creek. Food was tasty would go again.

We came to try pho at this place and did not regret it. Pho had clear, rich, and flavorful broth, I ordered medium size. The portion was huge. The taste was spot on . We also ordered tofu spring rolls, they were just ok, but I wouldn’t order them again. For kids we got wings and chicken fried rice. Both were ok. I also was surprised how this place was packed with people. After I have tried their pho, it made sense why. This Vietnamese pho restaurant was on a pricier side though , but I would still come back for their pho . Try it , you won’t regret it.

Boyfriend and I both got the combination pho. It hits the spot if you’re really craving pho, but otherwise the broth is a little sweet and flat tasting, and the sprouts were pretty wilted 😅 with that said, I’ll probably come back, since there’s nothing like hot noodle soup after a cold day on the slopes!
