Not so great customer service 2/5 stars for customer service. the welcoming was not warm at all, made us want to leave. they don’t give you clean drinking cups. I ordered a can sprite it was warm and they also gave me a dirty cup with ice The food was okay …. They charge more for a large bowl but the portion seems to be the same as the regular (smaller size ) bowl . They have no appetizers like spring rolls for example, so when we asked if we could order spring rolls the man rudely said “no just noodle” ! As if we aggravated him with that question alone. I wouldn’t recommend this pho spot to anyone and I actually wish that me and my mother went to our usual spot that is right around the corner from this place called pho viet .
If I could give 0 stars, I would. There was a roach circling the table once our food came out. It quickly met up with it’s friend - now there’s TWO roaches above our table. My date still wanted to pay for our meal when our waitresses tried to KEEP OUR CHANGE for a tip. Absolutely disgusting and appalling. Do not dine here.
Food was good, but service is nonexistent they take your order and after go on their phone and do whatever. When walking away they stopped me and forced me to give a tip, cash fell out of my pocket and they took it and put it in the tip jar. Food is good but would not recommend.
Pho 75 has always had some of the best Pho anywhere. And that's where it ends for them. Service is non-existent and can at times be very difficult to dine here for lack of etiquette. On one occasion, there was a huge fight in the kitchen, and we could hear them very clearly, fighting and yelling for almost 10 minutes. Being with our kids, it was not a pleasant experience. If you're coming here for a pleasant dining experience, then Pho 75 is not the place for you. But the Pho is good. And if you want good Pho. Then Pho 75 is the place for you. Oh, and bring cash.
This was my first pho restaurant, ever since I was a kid, but something’s change, it was my favourite, it was iconic for its savory flavor and authenticity! But Now it’s oily, flavor is bland, they changed the recipe, the atmosphere, the smell when you walk in, the broth and mint leaves, I don’t smell it, it’s really sad! Cause it was my favorite. They need to get back the original recipe and bring the aroma back!!! Make online orders available! Modernize the place, and then I can see this place getting big like it used to be. God bless
