Phog Lounge

Phog is a staple in Windsor! The community there is absolutely amazing and it is one of the best places to be especially on a Monday night for open mic. So many talented and amazing artists. Don't even get me started on the hot dogs. Tom is honestly the BEST!!

Went to see a show and they were over capacity. Given the size of the venue, this is probably pretty common. That part is understandable. What isn't understandable is that they still insist on charging you for parking. The second we pulled up this guy Ted is at our window asking for money. He didn't even let us or if our car, nevermind checking the venue to see If we could get in, before paying. This all seems very set up and intentional. When we came back 30 sec later and respectfully asked if we could have our parking fee back, he flat out refused and hid in his little parking outhouse to avoid taking to us. As far as I'm concerned, this is a scam supported by Phog. He is well aware that they'll be over capacity by 930 and at that point gets to charge a full night's parking to each car

Phog will always be a safe haven of the most interesting real people, the environment is unmatched to anything I’ve ever seen. Compliments to Tomas for curating such a great place. I’ve been lucky enough to use this space for my vintage clothes reselling company. Stop in before the location change and show up to the new spot!

Good selection of drinks. Friendly staff. Some local brew options. A little on the pricey side in my opinion but still a good place to see live, original music if you're not looking for a high class venue. It's dark and dingy and full of character. Depending on the band, bring earplugs. It's a small place and it can get really loud. Lost 1/2 star for drink prices and 1/2 star for the sound system. If you're gonna have live music, I would advocate for a decent PA and someone to at least help with soundcheck. Aside from that, keep supporting local music!

Awesome venue. Nice owner...well, I think so. Music selection is curated nicely.
